Board Objective
The FredNats Booster Club is an organization dedicated to help and support the talented young players who pass through Fredericksburg, Virginia on their way to “the show”. The Fredericksburg Nationals are a Carolina League affiliate of the Washington Nationals (Low A).
Member Opportunities
Attend the “Meet the Player” Banquet at the beginning of the season. Meet players/coaches and establish one-on-one relationships!
Join the players by attending the “End of Season” party at FunLand of Fredericksburg
Sponsor/Present monthly or yearly performance awards to players. Present the award to the player on the field prior to the game!
Sponsor/Present birthday gift items to players. Present the gift to the player on the field prior to game time!
Sponsor Get Away Breakfasts for the players prior to away games.
Sponsor Get Away Lunches for late day/night road trips. Participate in handing out lunches and seeing the team off!
Sponsor team travel blanket
Club Meetings
- Meet with club members each year.
- Keep up-to-date on happenings within the club and the team with e-mails and newsletters.
- Enjoy/Meet special guests at club meetings. Past guest have included Carolina League team managers, FredNats owner – Art Silber, FredNats front office staff, Carolina League umpires, and former major league players.
